		<description>I am completely agree with your all the points .It is important to have a written agreement or contract between the Associates and the Firm that spells out everyone's duties and obligations as well as the conditions under which they may advance.

All-in-all not a bad project...certainly better than the-project-of-the-client-that-shall-not-be-named, (i.e. the elephant in the courtroom project, everyone knows who it is, but we all pretend we don't)  If anyone knows what I'm talking about, gimme an amen.  And if you too are an EQD escapee, send me a msg to let me know where you are now...</description>
